The late Grand Ayatollah Mohammad Taqi Behjat answered to a question about entering and searching of other privacy.
The question was: "Does (the Islamic) rule of prevention of vice allow entry into someone’s home or property or seizure of his/her properties or search of his/her properties or house?
The grand Ayatollah Answered: "No, It is not allowed."
